Nicereply started as a spin-off of Websupport, a company I was working for in 2011. It's a simple way to track the quality of your email support, and has since grown to be a stand-alone profitable startup.
Because we were just a small team, I was responsible for the naming, branding, design and front-end development of Nicereply. The video on our landing page was a fun way to flex the video muscles from my previous work as a compositor and animator.
The core of Nicereply is a web-app (now with a mobile client) that collects and analyzes feedback your customers give you after clicking a link in the footer of all your support emails. We designed a whole bunch of different ways to look at the data collected that are useful to companies of all sizes.
